First posts, like first dates, are rather awkward. I feel compelled to tell you all about myself and why you should date me slash read my blog. I hope the reasons become obvious over time and eventually you’ll be so smitten that this stuttering introduction becomes something we laugh about after saying, “Remember when…?”

But I realize attention spans are short. You want to know what to expect from b is for bride. My goal is to share the following:

By sharing these personal details, I hope you think of me as someone who gets it, who understands that it’s not always easy to be the bride, and that despite everything, you really want your wedding to be the most amazing and beautiful day of your entire life—done in your own way.
